Unfortunately, as per the event policy, all sales for the Krazy Super Concert are final and non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types, including general admission and VIP packages.

The artists' soundcheck schedules and  specifics are kept private to ensure a smooth and seamless show for everyone. However, VIP ticket holders will receive detailed information about the soundcheck experience (including start time and estimated schedule) a few days before the concert. This exclusive peek behind the curtain is just one of the many perks of going VIP!
